  • Affiliates. We may share your personal information within Converge or with our corporate affiliates (e.g., subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control). 
  • Service Providers & Business Partners. We share personal information with third parties that support our business and/or perform services for us or on our behalf. This may include vendors and service providers (such as those who provide web hosting, information technology services, database management, direct mail and email distribution, etc.), analytics providers, advertising and marketing agencies, and other third parties we engage.
  • Parties to a Corporate Transaction. Personal information may be shared or transferred in connection with, or during negotiations of, any proposed or actual sale or purchase of business or assets, including a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, bankruptcy, liquidation, dissolution, or other disposition of assets.

  • Marketing Communications. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications from us by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions in those communications. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about our ongoing business relations.

We take reasonable measures designed to protect the security of personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. The security of your information also depends on you: you are responsible for using unique, strong usernames and passwords for each of your accounts and for keeping those usernames and passwords confidential.

Our Services may include links to third-party websites and other content or services that we do not own or operate. We have no control over the privacy practices of websites or services we do not own. Your use of third-party websites, services, or products may be subject to associated third-party terms of use and privacy policies or other agreements, which you are solely responsible for complying with.

Children

Our Services are not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. 

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this Privacy Policy and in some cases providing you with additional notice if required by law. If changes are material, the Privacy Policy that was in place when you submitted personal information to us will generally govern that information unless you consent to the new Privacy Policy. You can check the “Last Updated” legend at the top of this page to see when this Privacy Policy was last revised.

California Residents

Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide us certain personal information are entitled to request and obtain information about the personal information (if any) we shared with third parties during the immediately preceding calendar year for the purpose of direct marketing by the third party.
